Why Lime Lettings?

After working for a number of the countries largest and best know letting agencies, I learnt a lot about best practice and the legalaties of the industry, but I always felt that they were ran by older people who had lost the flare and passion to drive forwards.

I wanted my own company, but I wanted it to be fresh, unique and at the forefront of technology. So I had the idea but needed a name that represented something fresh and clean and supported the environment.

Lime was born, a fresh, clean and Green letting agency with the intention of revolutionising the industry.

Whats the best part of the job?

I love meeting new people and noseying around uniqie properties, I get to see everything from small apartments to huge mansions and meet the people that own them.

I love the reaction on Landlords faces when they see how much time and effort into taking quality photographs on their homes. I have even seen some landlords reduced to tears because they have seen their home in a new light.

There is no better feeling than helping someone out, whether that be helping Landlords rent out their properties, tenants desperate for a new home or developer needing to shift a development quickly

Whats make Lime Lettings so sucessful?

I think that the most common problem with high street Letting Agents is overheads. Big offices and lots of staff. To me that is financial suicide, the internet is definatly the way forwards, over 90% of people use the internet to source property, surely its better to stand out on the internet than it is on the high street.

State of the Art software keeps us one step ahead of our competitors, we have the best software, the best cameras, the best website, Ipads and the best staff. We don't ever advertise for staff, we headhunt the best.

Dedication is important, Lime is a Letting Agency, to me that means we let houses and manage them, we don't sell houses, lettings is our main income strem where as some estate agents are undecided as to whether they are an estate agent or a letting agent.

Professionalism, we have fully trained and qualifies ARLA staff, we are governed by ARLA, the OEL, OEA and TPOS so we know what we are talking about.
