To ensure a successful move in day, a member of the Lime team will meet you at the property on the day to check everything is as you expected and to your complete satisfaction. We’ll also go through the paperwork and inventory with you, and take utility meter readings. New tenants will receive a comprehensive welcome pack, outlining all the property details and essential information.
Once your rent and deposit are paid, you’re free to enjoy your new pad.
If you’re renting a Lime managed property, Lime will look after the maintenance of your property and collect rent. If ever you have an issue with your home, be it a central heating issue, water leak or broken appliance, simply ‘press the big red button’ [insert link] and a contractor will get in touch within 24 hours.
In addition, a Lime agent will visit your property periodically (with prior warning) about every three months to ensure everything is OK with your home. By doing this we can help prevent minor problems becoming major issues.
